Investment:

  • 30-60 min initial consultation (via phone)

During our 4 weeks together, you will learn the fundamentals of nutrition. WHAT they are and WHY they are essential for optimal health. We will discuss the holistic approach to nutrition, where we’ll place emphasis on REAL NOURISHING FOOD. You will learn how to eat NUTRIENT-DENSE and SATIATING foods that will help keep your blood sugar regulated and keep you feeling your best. I focus primarily on my specialty in gut health to help optimize energy, mood, and health. An imbalance of unhealthy and healthy bacteria in the gut may contribute to weight gain, high blood sugar, gut issues and other disorders. Having a healthy microbiome can help activate your metabolism as well as improve your mood, energy and of course your gut health. You will learn how to read and understand nutrition labels and ingredients on packaged food products. You will receive a personalized grocery list and sample meal guide to outline a week of eating. 6 MONTH WELLNESS COACHING 1:1

Investment:

  • 30-60 min initial consultation (via phone or video)
  • Bi-Weekly 30-60 min (via phone or video) follow ups to set goals, discuss lifestyle changes to achieve these goals and improve your pillars of health. 
  • Unlimited access to text for guidance/consult in between our sessions
  • 5+ Wholly Papaya Nutrition eBooks with detailed explanations on each topic

In this health coaching program, YOU will be the pilot and I will be your co-pilot on your continued journey to wellness. During our time together, we will focus on lifestyle changes and behavior modifications like ESTABLISHING micro-habits and BREAKING those unhealthy habits. You will set goals and create accountability by reinforcing your ‘WHY.” You will create your own personalized wellness/life vision, and I will be your guide to getting you there. We would meet a set amount of times per month (minimum 2x per month). The goal of this program is for you to gain full autonomy over your health and your life. 

*Nutrition coaching is not required to do the health coaching. However, I find that most clients experience greater success by combining the two.


COUPLES NUTRITION COACHING

This program is a discounted couples coaching program. During our 4 weeks together, you both will learn the fundamentals of nutrition. WHAT they are and WHY they are essential for optimal health. TEEN ATHLETE NUTRITION PROGRAM

(Available for a limited time)

Investment:

  • 30-60 min initial consultation via phone or in person with athlete/parent
  • “Teen Athletes Nutrition Playbook” by Wholly Papaya Nutrition eBook includes: game day packing list, sample meal guide for practice days, game days and rest days (NOT A MEAL PLAN), all star snacks ideas, sleep hygiene tips + more
  • Teen Athlete Daily Meal Blueprint (guide for a typical day of eats)
  • Individualized macro/calorie setting to help your athlete achieve their goals (IF NEEDED)
  • One 30 min follow up with teen athlete/parent

This program is for teen athletes 13+ years of age. If your teen is struggling with what to eat for optimal athletic performance, this program is for them. This one-time coaching call + nutrition playbook will provide insight on what type of food they should be eating for game days, practice days, and even rest days. We will discuss sleep, hydration, and a guide to help your athlete eat well. If your athlete has specific goals to gain muscle we can discuss those and create a plan to reach those goals with the power of food. One follow up with you and your athlete will be included to discuss progress and review future goals.
